Hardware organization introduction

 

The institutions in the picture below must have seen all colleagues who have used FUJI NXT.

 

It is responsible for operating the nozzle box, which can be opened/closed and raised/lowered through I/O. There are three outputs to control the action of the solenoid valve, and two inputs come from a pair of photoelectric sensors, which are responsible for monitoring the opening and closing status of the nozzle box cover.

Anomaly analysis

 

Any abnormality of the action will cause the nozzle to be unable to be grasped normally:

 

When the ascent/descent height is abnormal, the suction nozzle cannot be grasped. This is a small collision event, which may cause damage to the suction nozzle or decrease the accuracy of the equipment. In severe cases, the shaft may bend and deform. Be careful when handling.

 

The photoelectric sensor is in an abnormal state and is relatively complicated. The photoelectric sensor is used to monitor the stroke of the cylinder. When the sensor is damaged, the position of the sensing plate changes, the stroke of the cylinder changes, the cylinder is damaged, and the cylinder cushion is damaged, it will cause the abnormal state of the sensor, and the NXT device will give an alarm. Because this abnormal point belongs to the input of the monitoring state and causes an alarm, except for the time loss caused by the shutdown, it will generally not cause other hardware damage.

 

The above picture is due to the aging of the cylinder stroke cushion, which causes the rear stroke position to change. In the end, the photoelectric sensor cannot be triggered normally, and the equipment alarms.

a. Receive spare parts for shock absorbers and replace them.

 

b. Recover the equipment and monitor and run for several days (the duration of monitoring depends on the frequency of operation of the organization, if the nozzle is not exchanged for a long time, it will take longer to monitor)
